Started this year off with a drive up to Glasgow with an array of new props for The Trading House Glasgow. One of our favourite projects from 2015, we loved the finished version and couldn't resist putting our #Imagineer touch to the interior just one last time.
The Trading House has opened its second in Glasgow.
Harley worked hard on the design, continuing the story of a gentleman traveller who collects antiquities from around the globe, the interior is a grand spectacle of trinkets and peculiar findings in which we find during all our propping visits around the UK and Europe.
The unique designed light fitting chandeliers are a grand statement throughout, The Trading House, making a very grand feature along with the high ceilings & large windows.

'Frontier importers and exporters of particular and peculiar eccentricities, curiosities and antiquities.' The Trading House Glasgow, the second to The Trading House Gresham street, is yet another theatrical interior design created by the PDI team.
Propping trips are a fortnightly venture for us, scoping out the weird and wonderful trinkets, taxidermy and vintage furniture. We travel all over the UK and Europe to find the best for our clients projects and set designs.
The magnificent chandeliers, designed by Paul Danson are being positioned into the Trading House in Glasgow, the second one for the New World Trading Company, due to open in 1 week.
The bronze palm chandeliers, created to hang in their organic form in a luxurious trading hall or palm court interior. Paul states 'I wanted to design something to fit a classic period, yet remain contemporary and I believe I have developed a fitting which is timeless.'

Another one of PDI's propping phenomena's, inspired by a gentleman who travels the world and collects artefacts and who deals with antiquities and the unusual, is The Trading House, London.
One of PDI's latest creative designs for Living Ventures, the team have created a modern gentleman's bar and restaurant with a sophisticated intelligence right in the centre on London's City.
The statement lighting features, initially sketched by hand, then transformed and re created in metal structures.
